1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Cupscore you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by LA FAMILIA CAFE S.A.S (NIT 901.523.761-1), Colombia.

2. The service

Cupscore is a coffee cupping-score calculator (SCA CVA 2024 and the classic 2004 form) with solo and group sessions, flavour wheel and PDF reports. It is offered in beta and may change.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it, or resell access without our written permission.

5. Your content

Your cupping data remains yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Beta & “as is”

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Scores are a calculation tool, not an official certification. Keep your own copies of important reports.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting Info@lafamiliacafe.co.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia and any dispute is subject to Colombian jurisdiction. The Spanish version prevails. Contact: Info@lafamiliacafe.co.
